I Had A Rhizotomy On The Back Right Side Of

I had a rhizotomy on the back right side of my neck at the discs between c4, c5, c6, and c7 vertebrae yesterday morning. The front left and right sides of my neck are very tender today. I also started taking meds for hypothyroidism approximately 1 month ago. Wondering if this tenderness is of any concern.
