I Had A Right THA In 2011. 3 Months After

I had a right THA in 2011. 3 months after surgery, I suffered constant pain (level 6-7) in the groin area and gradual decrease in ROM. In 2013, it was determined that the acetabular cup placement was incorrect. In 2013 I underwent another right THA and 6 months later, the pain returned in the groin and thigh (level 4-5) and further decrease in ROM. In 2015, I was diagnosed with heterotpic ossification and underwent a third right THA with HO excision and one dose of radiation. Although it has only been 3 months since surgery, I am still experiencing pain in the thigh and going into the knee. I am now in rehab and have started experiencing excruciating pain in my right calf upon exertion. Therapists are leaning towards the muscles and tendons not being fully used in the past 5 years. Tests for DVT and poor circulation are negative. Is this pain in my calf and knee something I should expect to be seeing? Can my symptoms be a result of the HO?
