I Had A Right Hip Replacement Last Year Since Then

I had a right hip replacement last year since then my calf mussels keep tighting in both legs now my right one is so tight and its so painful it stops me in my tracks I take tramadol gabapentin every day for my back but still in so much pain
rubbing it or soaking it doesn't do anything what can I do
