I Had A Right L5s1 Posterior Decompression S1 Nerve Root

I had a right l5s1 posterior decompression s1 nerve root with partial laminectomy , may 3,16, I was better for a month all of my pain, numbness, tingling, burning sx are back I can't be walkin, sitting, working, anything more than 4 hours, had an EMG today, the dr said it wasn't anything with the muscle or nerves, he thinks that the sx may have been at the wrong level. He thinks l4, I guess because of my sx?
