I Had A Right Pelvic Pain Since 2 Month While

I had a right pelvic pain since 2 month while driving my car . Today it has reached to a level of pain while sleeping on a flat futon bed. The pain is continues but initially was occasional. Now I have knee aching while standing up from a sitting position also.
What is my immediate step.
