I Had A Right Shoulder Reverse Replacement On 2/24/16 With

I had a right shoulder reverse replacement on 2/24/16 with a nerve block. I have experienced numbness in my right arm every since and cannot pick up anything with my right hand as it feels like it is asleep. I am taking PT since the lst of March but still not back to anything normal for my right arm. The doctor so far has just said this will get better in time but my question is HOW MUCH TIME. I did not expect to be in this position after surgery with no use of my right arm. I do not know if a nerve was damaged during surgery or during the block?
