I Had A Root Canal 2 Days Ago, Felt Fine

I had a root canal 2 Days ago, felt fine yesterday, just finished dinner today and pain has come back intensely from the site of the procedure and thru my cheek and into my head. -also experiencing chills. What is the cause? Already took 800 ibuprofen and have been on amoxicillin. What to do?
