I Had A Root Canal Done On 2nd Upper Molar

I had a root canal done on 2nd upper molar (#2 tooth on chart) several years ago. It hurt a year ago after chewing gum. Xray showed a cracked root. Clindamycin fixed the infection. Now it is back and I started clindamycin 300 mg 4X today. This tooth HURTS. Will pain relief come soon> Ibuprofen is not helping
