I Had A Routine PAP Done Today. My Dr Said

I had a routine PAP done today. My Dr said that my cervix was very inflamed and took a cx as I had a lot of discharge as well. It came back as yeast but also had an abnormal amount of WBC. He kept asking me questions about having pain or bleeding after sex which I told him no. He wouldn't tell me what he was thinking. He sent in cx and I have to wait till Tuesday to get results back. Everything I have read on the internet points towards cervical cancer. Would this be correct?
