I Had A Scope Inserted In My Esophagus To Stretch

I had a scope inserted in my esophagus to stretch it & also a colonoscopy since I was going to be under anesthia & was 10 years since last colonoscopy. I have some appetite back but nothing tastes the same & the food gums up like paste before I can swallow. Is this from the anesthia& will it get better?
