I Had A Scope Test On My Colon Last Week

I had a scope test on my colon last week because of blood in my stool. I been passing blood for a couple of months. I've had diahrea the entire time with some constipation. I was experiencing severe dizziness that subsided after the use of the colon cleanse. I will find out more this week when I meet with my doctor. My question: what in your opinion is wrong with me? I have a very sick stomach and pain in my left side which I think is coming from my colon.
