I Had A Septal Button Fitted 4 Days Ago And

I had a septal button fitted 4 days ago and it's so painful lots of yellowish green discharge swollen nose mouth the pressure causes headaches mild fevers was so painful i have had to try and cut down part of the button with nail scissors but now it's all jagged n digging in my nostrils the pressure pain isn't as bad but I don't know what to do??? I had a perferated septum of 2cm causing bleeding crusting trouble breathing hence why tried septal button but I really dont like it it's causing too much pain plus it an move around in my nose. Help
