I Had A Serious Bout Of Bronchitis Which Lasted Approx

I had a serious bout of bronchitis which lasted approx 2 1/2 weeks. I was prescribed levaquin, a steroid and inhaler. A few days after coughing almost non-stop I started with horrible low back pain which radiated to my hips. When coughing, my low back hurt so bad I would have to bend from a sitting or standing position for relief while coughing. My cough is almost gone but the low back pain/hip pain is still there. Is it a muscle strain from coughing so much and so hard?
