I Had A Serious Fall And Broke My Elbow Due

I had a serious fall and broke my elbow due to a ripped carpet at the apartment I rent. I had just left a catered party where I served 8 people a three course sit down dinner. I was invited to stay after and had less than two coors lights beers. I take 80 mg of adderall a day.. I came home and fell on a ripped rug. Would my meds affect my toxicoly screen? I broke my elbow. I was not drunk at all. Please advise
