I Had A Serious Kidney Infection Second Week Of December.

I had a serious kidney infection second week of December. Admitted to hospital for 24 hrs on anti biotics and then continued this treatment for a further 7 days. Then I got a viral infection vomiting and fever. Now it feels like the kidney infection is back. My GPS says I need to go back hospital for treatment as blood tests need to be done.What I need to know will they treat me and will they give me more antibiotics.
