I Had A Sever Headache Sunday With Really Bad Tingling

I had a sever headache Sunday with really bad tingling on the top of my head. Now every time I move the right side of my mouth my right lid moves lik it has a twitch with a little blurred vision...I also have high BP...could this be s sign of having a stroke
