I Had A Severe Allergic Reaction To Bacterium A Few

I had a severe allergic reaction to bacterium a few months ago. I broke out in hives all over my body and was in and out of the hospital. Now, when I get out of the shower, I have small rashes on my body. this also happens when I get hot. Is this due to the reaction still? Is my skin going to be like this permanently?
