I Had A Severe Chest Pain To My Left Side

I had a severe chest pain to my left side under my left breast to my shoulder that was intense for about an hour.I had to take shallow breaths because it hurt worse to breathe in.The pain is not intense now but is still there and is impossible for me to lay on my left side.I can't move certain ways or I experience pain.Sometimes I have an uncontrollable forced urge to cough.
