I Had A Severe Head Injury When I Was 18.

I had a severe head injury when I was 18. I was a passenger in a car accident, my head hit and broke the windshield. The car was going 40 mph at impact. Since then, I've had constant head pressure and nasal drip, severe headaches, depression. It's been 40 years since that happened. Do I have some type of injury that has lasted so long?
