I Had A Severe Hiatal Hernia Episode One Hour After

I had a severe hiatal hernia episode one hour after taking my first Amitripiline and less than one week after taking my first injection of Prolia. I have since had surgery and very slowly recovering from that and still have severe pain in my shoulders. Do these drugs have anything to do with my problems?
