I Had A Severe Urticarial Reaction To Elevit Pregnancy Vitamins

I had a severe urticarial reaction to elevit pregnancy vitamins and was told it was a rare allergy to a component of the capsule. This was 6 years ago with my 4th pregnancy. I am now pregnant with number 7 and began taking blackmores gold pregnancy supplements which I have used in all my other pregnancies with no ill effect. I had the same urticarial which took over a week to subside once Id ceased taking the capsules. I contacted blakcmores and they have changed the formulation of their pregnancy supplements. I am wanting to try and find out what compound it is that I have the allergy to. It was apparently an allergy of rare occurrence, possibly 0.08%? I have lost the information my GP gave me 6 years ago. Thanks, YYYY@YYYY
