I Had A Severe Uti When My Last Child Was

I had a severe uti when my last child was born 13 yrs ago. Ever since then when I have my period I bleed from where my urine comes from and from where I'm supposed to bleed from. I am now 39 and have started my phases of menopause. My periods are crazy and I passed a large clot, also from the urine hole , and I just got off my period 17 days ago and have started spotting from there again today . Does any of this sound normal!!?? Please help thanks .
