I Had A Sexual Intercourse At My 9th Day Of

I had a sexual intercourse at my 9th day of cycle. During intercourse, there is a sudden gush of blood, approximately 50ml. It really made me freaked out because of the blood. I had my last sexual intercourse almost 1yr and a half ago. Today is my 13th day of cycle, im really worried because there's still blood coming out. I just thought it was a perineal laceration because of the intercourse. Im rally worried because it is the 4th day after the intercourse, and there is still bleeding. What should i do?
