I Had A Sidden Sharp Pain In The Righ Front

I had a sidden sharp pain in the righ front side of my head accompanied with hard time breathing, dizzyness and kind of feeling like i couldnt swallow. I stood up and went out side which helped...then i continued to feel anxious. Maybe because i was scared that would happen again???
