I Had A Sink With Diluted Mr. Clean. My 2

I had a sink with diluted mr. Clean. My 2 1/2 yr old had his cup in the sink with with the tap running. I thought I had smelled mr clean on his breathe which would indicate he had drank water from the sink. He was at the sink for aprox 1 min unattended. When we walked in he had the cup in the sink. So not sure how many he would of drank. What signs should I look for? What should my next step be?
