I Had A Sinus Infection About 2 Weeks Ago And

I had a sinus infection about 2 weeks ago and had muffled hearing woke up next day after taking cudafed and was kinda fine but when I bent over I heard a noise and my ear was clogged and if I pushed the little piece hard enough it would fix it went away and about 4-5 days later I woke up fine and as the day progressed it was getting muffled and more muffled after that hoping that taking cudafed would help I woke up in awe that it did not work I repeated it and it worked again the next night I woke up and sure enough I bent over to unplug my phone charger and it made the same clicking kinda sound and plunged up now it has not gone away it's very irritating please help and I have a terrible cough ?
