I Had A Sinus Infection And Severe Chest Congestion Over

I had a sinus infection and severe chest congestion over Christmas. Coughing became really bad at times. As I started to recover I was experiencing sharp pain in my right side and shoulder blade if I coughed or sneezed. It's now been 2 weeks. The cough is almost gone but the pain is still there. At first I figured I had pulled a muscle or something from initially coughing so hard. I thought the pain would subside if I continued taking ibuprofen and let it heal. Any suggestions?
