I Had A Sinus Infection And Was Treated With Antibiotic

I had a sinus infection and was treated with antibiotic for 5 days ( zpack). 30 days later I went to the Dr and had a bad sore throat. Dr said it was oral thrush. Was given predisone for 5 days and another type of antibiotic for 10 days. The swelling is down but I still have blister like clear bumps that are still on the back o f my throat and around the tonsils. I still have redness in the arches where my tonsils are. I will finish the antibiotic in 2 days . When should I go back to the dr? How much time e do I give this healing process?
