I Had A Skin Irritation Between The Labiums In The

I had a skin irritation between the labiums in the crevice on one side after a new partner and the doctor said it was a yeast infection. It went away after a couple weeks and yeast medicine. No blisters or sores. Just red skin.
I recently shaved ( the 20th) and immediatly after it was uncomfortable. It has been that way for about 12 days or so and so I decided to put a monostat cream on it which seemed to make it burn so I took that off and put on neosporin which didn't seem to make it much better. I went and saw a new doctor ( for a second opinion other than planned parenthood ) on the 15th day cuz on the 13th day I noticed a red spot that seemed more irritated. Again no blisters or open sores or pain. She said she thinks it's an irritation from shaving mixed with yeast. So she gave me meds for a yeast infection which I just took today ( 3 days after dr app- I have a busy schedule ). Obviously I need to wait for the meds to kick in but this red spot is still there. It's not getting worst but it doesn't seem to be getting much better and if it is , it's happening slowly. The dr swears she doesn't think its herpes but I'm a hypochondriac and I want a third opinion.
