I Had A Slight Pain In My Left Breast And

I had a slight pain in my left breast and a few hours later I checked and there is a blister like red spot with white puss in it. Now it hurts all around the area. I only wear sports bras and I shower daily so I'm not sure why this happen and I'm worried if this is a sign of breast cancer. I am 59 years old.
