I Had A Sling Procedure Done 15 Years Ago. I

I had a sling procedure done 15 years ago. I have stress and urge incontinence. I had had 3 bladder Botox injections. They didn't work. I had 1 injection back in Dec. which worked for 5 months. I had a sacral nerve stimulater before the first Botox that lasted for 5 years. I am doing vag. Muscle rehab now. So far not working. my Dr. Mentioned bladder augmentation, tighten sling but will need a catheter forever. I'm 74 in otherwise good health. What are your thoughts to do?
