I Had A Slip And Fall On My Right Side

I had a slip and fall on my right side about 3 weeks ago. On Sunday, at the end of the day, my right leg was extremely swollen, in pain, and warm to the touch. I elevated it and the swelling shrunk. Again, swelling throughout the day, and shrinkage when I elevate my leg. Should I be concerned?
