I Had A Small Dermatological Biopsy On My Calf On

I had a small Dermatological biopsy on my calf on October 28th. Results Benign, it was covered with a small bandage and was uneventful. The bandage fell off a couple of days later and I thought nothing more of it. However it has become quite red around the entire excision and has grown very sore. It was not in the beginning. I bought a new tube of neosporin yesterday but no improvement. Should I wait until Monday and call the dermatologist or go to urgent care this weekend?
