I Had A Small Bite That Itched A Week Ago

I had a small bite that itched a week ago on my testicals and 3 days ago I couldn't walk it swelled up with a scab like opening so I have been taking antibiotics 3 times a day lots heat compreson and today it's finally draining on its own ,I have been cleaning it taking showers and soaked it in bath warm water is there anything else I should do it's yellow puss so far
