I Had A Small Bump On My Inner Thigh And

I had a small bump on my inner thigh and now its swollen and bigger, the tip is a little whole where there is no skin, its feel like a hard bump plus it is hard around it, it painful. should I go to the doctor or could you give me advice, I use Epsom salt and it help draw out infection I guess
