I Had A Small Cyst Just On The Inside Of

I had a small cyst just on the inside of my leg near the genital area. It has been there for awhile as just a very small cyst but in the last 2 to 3 days it has grown some (more oblong) and is now red and sore. What do you think this is and what can I do for the swelling and pain.
