I Had A Small Frosty From Wendys And Starting Feeling

I had a small frosty from Wendys and starting feeling uncomfortable. An hour later I started throwing up. This lasted for an hour before the diarrhea started. Both hit at the same time. Felt cold and clamy and sweaty. This lasted another hour. Finally I laid down and felt a little better. Could this be food poisoning? I had a bowl of cereal for dinner.
