I Had A Small Lump Under My Armpits. I Squeezed

I had a small lump under my armpits. I squeezed it until it popped (like a zit). I know that probably wasn't the best idea. White puss come out then just clear stuff. The lump is still there so I know it's probably not all drained out, or maybe it still irritated tissue. Should I avoid deodorant? What is the next step? I want to keep it clean with out irritating it until it's healed, should I go see a doctor to be prescribed something?
