I Had A Small Patch Of Basal Cell Carcinoma Removed

I had a small patch of basal cell carcinoma removed this morning along with a mole removed that had early melanoma in it. They used lidocaine to numb both sites. Since shortly after these procedures, I have been nauseated and slightly dizzy as well as having a splitting headache. Are these things related?
