I Had A Small Pea Size Bump On The Right

I had a small pea size bump on the right side of my clitoris which i noticed almost towards the wnd of my period cycle and is now the size of about 2-3 peas and its painful to walk as it adds pressure to that area even sitting causes pain to it. Any idea what this may be.
