I Had A Sonogram Done And Multiple Fibroids Were Seen...

I had a sonogram done and multiple fibroids were seen... three fibroids were found measuring 4.9x4.1 , 5.4 x 4.4 cm and 5.2 x 4.9 cm. The endometrium measured 2.5 cm markedly thickened and heterogeneous. The left ovary measures 36 x 1.8 x 3.3 and is obscured by the fibroids but no definite cystic or solid mass is seen. The right ovary is not visualized. There is ok pelvic fluid. Arterial and venous signals are detected in both ovaries.

Are my a candidate for surgery? Is it strongly recommended to have surgery?
What are my options?
