I Had A Sore Neck And Shoulder 3 Months Ago

I had a sore neck and shoulder 3 months ago well the right side of the back of my neck got numb it was lke that till 2 weeks ago here it broke out in back of my neck on the crase line I got a staff infection i been taking meds its about cleared up except there is 3 more spots it moved some I'm scared im i going to die
