I Had A Spier Reuma And It Vanished By Using

I had a spier reuma and it vanished by using prednison after about two years. In the meantime a little abces appeared on my thumb. This one differs regularly. It sometimes does not harm but other days it is itching terribly or teasing. Is a treatment available??
