I Had A Spinal Fusion In 1981, L4-L5, And L5-S1.

I had a spinal fusion in 1981, L4-L5, and L5-S1. For the last several years, I have been having a problem with constant sciatica when sitting in my chair at work. The neurosurgeon tells me this is from my old surgery and cannot be fixed with another procedure. I just ran into the term "epidural fibrosis" and wondered if that is my problem. It has not been mentioned on MRI, just disc bulging above the surgery and other DDD in my spine.
