I Had A Spinal Fusion In 2014; With No Improvement

I had a spinal fusion in 2014; with no improvement with my symptoms of constant pain and the feeling of my neck not supporting my head. I am suffering more with vertigo on a regular basis. Now recently constant right sided pain from neck, shoulders, breast and right arm. The vertigo makes me feel like i have been poisoned. My neurologist has been injecting botox but i feel worse not better.
