I Had A Spinal Tap Saturday After Sex Headache. Wish

I had a spinal tap Saturday after sex headache. Wish I didn't get it done. So much pain in upper back to brainstem. I think this may be from tensing up?? Not sure. I can take pain very well. Had fillings done without novacaine. I don't want to get anything else done. I think I just need to hydrate. Had to come home from work today. Laying flat helps but this is nuts.
