I Had A Stent Inserted 10/24/16 And Was Put On

I had a stent inserted 10/24/16 and was put on Plavix. Soon after I started to suffer vision loss. Went to eye doctor found out had macular degeneration turn to wet macular degeneration in both eyes. Eye doctor wants me to stop Plavix or any blood thinners so I can be treated with elyea medicine. All ready had 1 treatment in each eye. What is the shortest time I can be on thinners?
