I Had A Stint Put In For 95% Blocked Artery

I had a stint put in for 95% blocked artery 2 weeks ago, and still one remains 40% blocked- I am 130 lbs was vegetarian for 12 years until last 5 years- very active physically- genetics is my battle with heart disease in family- I started smoking cigars 2 a month a year ago- is it harmful now to smoke an occasional one? I am on blood thinner, beta blocker and Crestor now -
