I Had A Stroke On JAN 7th And TPA Thank

I had a stroke on JAN 7th and TPA thank goodness worked for me. I am just finishing acute rehab and ready to start out of hospital rehab for three days a week in a different closer hospital. Is TPA still in my system helping or has it been totalling out of my system by now and just my new oral stroke meds the only thing helping. I know the first 24 hrs are the crucial to watch for tpa effects and I was blessed with no bleeding but is that drug still in my body slowly working itself out of my bloodstream?
