I Had A Stroke On D Left Side 4 Yrs

I had a stroke on d left side 4 yrs back. I am doing my physiotherapy regularly. I am 80 % better. For d past few months I hv some pain ind neck & below part of d left shoulder& sometimes shooting pain ind left hand starting from the shoulder. If I keep my hand down psin starts.I hv been advised to take liofen 10 for 60 days.another doctor has advised to take gabantin 300 for 15 days& microcid also it is nearly 10 days but no relief. Pl advise me what to do
